For a flavourful and nourishing lunch, I went for the spiced date sweet potato with brown rice, paired with Sichuan aubergine and Hispi, plus a side of ponzu sesame broccoli and red pepper sauce. To finish, I sipped on Farmer J’s pink herbal lemonade. It was fresh, light, and energising. The perfect boost I needed to power through the rest of the day.
