Culture-led independent flexible workspace operator, Runway East, have opened their doors to their newest site in York and Elder Works, Brighton. The 30,000 sq ft site has co-working desks starting from £370 a month, private offices space for 4 starting from £1,600 per month alongside designed breakout and wellness spaces and meeting rooms.

Runway East sits in the £80M York and Elder Works development designed by EPR Architects for L&G, it brings forward 209 new build-to-rent homes and  has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
